QUESTION: How do I get started with the least amount of money?
Like I said before, the easiest and quickest way to begin is by publishing a blog on your niche topic. Depending upon how your readership grows, and what they want, you can expand your information offerings to fit the market demand, and scale up steadily.
Another quick way can be to start with other people’s products. You can do this by either becoming an affiliate and promoting the products others have created, in exchange for a share of their profits. Or else, you can purchase products with resale rights that allow you to keep 100% of the profits from every subsequent sale. You could even buy private label rights that allow you to position the product as your own creation.
Each approach requires a different kind of skillset and approach, but all can be quick and inexpensive, depending upon the niche you are getting into, and where you can source the material. There are firesales, special offers, closing down sales, product bundles and fundraising events where products with rights are available at throwaway prices which let you recoup your investment very quickly.

QUESTION: What is the best way to start being an Infopreneur on the Internet with no or least expenditure? Do This-Do-That type advice. Am ready to put in the efforts.
The cheapest way to be an infopreneur that involves zero to little cost is to be a blogger - and have contextual advertising (Google Adsense or other) and affiliate product sales be your initial profit streams.
By creating a valuable, content-rich blog on a well selected niche, you can cover your costs and make a reasonable profit from advertising and affiliate earnings - and over time, as you build a following and a mailing list, you can leverage this resource into other profit streams.
There are many other options such as article writing for hire and creating membership sites offering articles or special reports on a monthly basis, but these often take longer to start profiting, or need some technical skills and a modest investment for scripts and webhosting.

QUESTION: What is the first step?
That’s easy
The first step is identifying YOUR strengths and expertise. That’s the niche you can perform best in, add most value to your clients as, be passionate and persistent because it helps fulfill your purpose.
The next step is to study the market and see if it wants what you can give them - and if not, find what other things they want that you may be able to provide.
