#1 FOCUS -
Stick with one thing - and one thing only - for as long as it takes to either prove it works for you… or does not.
#2 CHOICE -
Picking the right niche, and then the right audience within the niche, and finally making the right offer to them isn’t easy. It’s critical, though.
#3 LEARNING -
Barring a very rare genius, the rest of us have to learn about marketing - writing copy, designing sales letters, advertising, driving traffic, and finally making sales. Keep educating yourself frequently.
#4 TESTING -
You cannot afford to guess. You absolutely have to test, compare, measure… then tweak, modify, improve - and repeat the testing cycle again.
#5 DELIGHT -
Your customers must love you, and the value you add to their lives. Only then will they come back - and bring their friends with them.
#6 REPEAT BUSINESS -
Without a ‘backend’ offer to follow on the first sale, you don’t have a business. Big profits rarely are made upfront - they come from repeat business.
#7 LEVERAGE -
Make the best use of your early success - assets, connections, attitude, experience, brand and more - to layer growth, building momentum until you become unstoppable.

QUESTION: From my experience, People learn from other People; The People that are making money by Net Marketing are the People that put something together by trial and error. I want the Codes for my Applications.
I agree absolutely that the trail blazers in every new medium, including the Net marketing arena, were testers who tried out many different things, and found the ones that worked.
However, having found them, it is very uncommon for anyone to share the ‘codes for your application’ for free - or even cheap. The value of such tested and proven methods is obviously high - and by learning them from folks who have “been there, done that” can save you a lot of time, effort and frustration.
It is with the aim of sharing most of these infopreneur lessons that I created the Internet Infopreneur SYSTEM homestudy. And I’ve given away as much of the related content as I dare to, to show that this material is backed by real world experience and hard earned lessons.
Beyond that, information costs money. Or something else of value. And that is the essence of being an infopreneur, incidentally - providing valuable information in exchange for cash or other benefits from your audience.

QUESTION: Hi Dr Mani, from all these years of experience. Your mindset and outlook on Infopreneuring had probably evolved a lot. So if you need to start from scratch now, what will you do differently to make it more profitable and more strategically minded for the long term?
Yes, mindset is CRITICAL to succeed.
Here are my biggest take-aways from the decade of experience.
1. Not everything you try will succeed at the first attempt. Be ready and willing to keep trying, tweaking and modifying - even giving up at times, until you find the right solution.
2. Find your market before you create your product. That way, you’ll be selling what people are already buying, instead of struggling to force your product onto people who don’t really want it.
3. Overnight success is possible. Just be ready to spend many years setting it all up, though.
4. You can do it all on your own - but it is harder and takes more time than when working with a team, and a network of partners. Build your team and keep growing it bigger.
5. If possible, plan out your portfolio of products and services, even chalk out your ‘exit plan’ (selling the business, automating it to run hands-off etc.) before you begin. That way, everything you do will be synergistic and logical.
