On September 12th, the Heart Kids Tweetathon raised a little over $11,000 in donations to help sponsor life-saving heart operations in children.

Below are the photos of 4 families who have been helped by the Dr.Mani Children Heart Foundation last week. All children had congenital heart defects treated by surgery.
